摘要 振兴中华酒文化应从振兴中国白酒文化开始,而这种振兴不只是学术上的振兴,更重要的是在市场上的振兴。酒文化是一种非常有特色的中华传统文化,她形成和体现了具有灵魂作用的民族精神。挖掘、创新酒文化,就是要挖掘酒文化中孕育的民族精神。目前,我们的酒文化没有核心,企业推崇自己的地域文化,造成酒文化多元化突出,整体性不强。其次是酒文化挖掘力度不够。(君健) To realize the renaissance of Chinese alcoholic beverages culture,we should start from the renaissance of Chinese liquor cul-ture and the renaissance covers not only scholastic field but also market field.Alcoholic beverages culture is a characteristic branch of traditional Chinese cultures and its formation partly reflects the national souls.Namely,exploration of alcoholic beverages cultures means the exploration of national spirits bred and cultured by alcoholic beverages cultures.Currently,Chinese alcoholic beverages cul-ture lacks its core brace.The enterprises cry up the regional cultures,which result in multiple development and weak entirety of alco-holic beverages culture.Furthermore,the working intensity nowadays is still far from people's expectation to full explore alcoholic bev-erages culture.(Tran.by YUE Yang)
