摘要
中华酒文化是物质和精神两种文化的结合,可以清晰呈现出当地民族特色,并受儒家思想影响推崇酒礼和酒德。"茅酒之源"景区属于非物质文化遗产,该地区具有丰富的民族特色。茅台酒是贵州的特色名酒,属于非物质文化,是酱香型白酒的始祖,其年代历史悠久,酿造工艺独特,更是被誉为国酒。运用茅台酒的品牌效应和知名度大力推动旅游业的发展,将非物质文化和民族特色渗入到旅游业中,使两者产生良好的互动,并提高当地经济效益。利用"茅酒之源"景区与非物质文化遗产之间的互补性,使旅游业更重视中华历史文化,促进双方共同发展,实现"茅酒之源"景区对中华酒文化传承的促进作用。
Chinese liquor culture is the combination of material and spirit, and it can clearly represent local features and local drinking etiquette and ethics. The scenic spot of Maotai Origin belongs to the intangible cultural heritage. Maotai, the representative Baijiu brand in Guizhou, is regarded as the ancestor of Jiangxiang Baijiu and the state liquor of China due to its long history and unique production techniques. The use of the brand effect and high reputation of Maotai in the construction of the scenic spot of Maotai Origin could undoubtedly promote the rapid development of local tourism, as well as the inheritance of Chinese liquor culture.
