The 'hybrid library' will be the basic form of libraries in a long time in the future. It is necessary to use digital management principles to manage the hybrid library. In this paper, the author brings forward one mode of library digital management system——Library Resource Planning (LRP) and discusses the
meaning of LRP and analyzes the framework of library supply chains and components of LRP.
