摘要
“复合图书馆”是今后较长时期内图书馆存在的基本形态,它的管理应该借鉴现代企业先进的管理思想。本文借助于企业资源计划(BPR),提出了图书馆数字化管理模式——基于供应链管理思想的图书馆资源计划,并对图书馆资源计划的系统组成部分和图书馆系统的信息流进行了分析。
Hybrid library' will be the basic form of library in a long term in the future. It is necessary to borrow the advanced thoughts of management of modern enterprise in the management of hybrid library. In this paper, with the aid of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), the authors bring forward one mode of librarymanagement——Library Resource Planning (LRP) , which is based on supply chain management (SCM) . Thecomponents of LRP and information flow in library system are studied.
