摘要
加入WT0对水利建设、特别是农田水利建设将会造成哪些不利影响,同时带来什么有利条件,值得我们认真研究。通过对水利和农业的关系,WTO给中国农业带来的影响,以及政府支持政策的调整,WTO对农村水利建设的影响进行初步分析,提出一些对策和建议。
The research of impact to agriculture by entering WTO has been a^pAhot topic in last two years in China and many outputs have been worked out and a lot consensus have been achieved. Water is lifeline of agriculture. The paper analyzes what kind of beneficiary condition or negative sides will be brought to water development, especially rural water development by the entry to WTO at the same time. The paper firstly introduces the relationship between agriculture and water resources and then gives a briefing about the impact to agriculture by WTO and adjustment of corresponding policy. After that a detailed analysis is presented to impact to rural water development by WTO. Finally, suggestions and options are proposed by authors.
