摘要
基于陕西省437户农户的实地调查数据,采用多元有序Logistic模型,实证分析影响农民对农田水利基础设施建设满意度的因素。研究表明,农民对农田水利基础设施建设满意度的影响主要来自于是否是村干部、人均年纯收入、粮食补贴政策评价、粮食补贴政策对农民增收的作用、投资主体、近五年是否修筑新农田水利设施、能否满足农业生产需要、维护状况、变化情况、区域比较等;性别对农民评价农田水利基础设施建设满意度具有一定的影响;年龄、文化程度、家庭规模和对农业生产的重要性对农民评价农田水利基础设施建设满意度的影响不显著。
Based on the survey of 437 households in Shaanxi province and on the basis of multi-ordered logistic model, this paper analyzes the factors influencing the degree of satisfaction of farmers in the construction infrastructure of irrigation and water conservancy. The results show that the main factors influencing the degree of satisfaction of farmers in the construction infrastructure of irrigation and water conservancy are whether to be rural leaders, net income per person per year, food subsidy policy evaluation, effects of food subsidy policy to farmers＇ increase income, investors, whether or not constructing new water conservancy in the recent 5 years, whether or not meeting the needs of agricultural industry, maintenance condition,changing, regional comparison and so on. Gender has some effect to the degree of satisfaction. The effects from age, standard of culture, scale of household and the importance to agricultural industry are not significant.
