摘要
目的 :探讨囊性脑膜瘤的临床诊治特点。方法 :回顾性总结 12例囊性脑膜瘤的临床诊治经验。结果 :12例患者肿瘤全切除 9例 ,次全切除 3例 ,无手术死亡。结论 :囊性脑膜瘤术前确诊困难。 CT、 MRI结合脑血管造影可提高囊性脑膜瘤的诊断准确率。肿瘤结节与囊壁彻底切除是防止其术后复发的关键。
Objective:To investigate the clinical diagnosis and treatment features of cystic meningioma.Methods:Twelve patients with cystic meningioma which had been treated in our hospital from March 1985 to May 2000 were analyzed retrospectively.Results:Total resection were done in 9 cases,subtotal resection in 3 cases.There were no operative mortality.Conclusion:Cystic meningioma could be misdiagnosed.To combine CT,MRI with CAG may increase correct diagnosis rate.The key point to prevent recurrence is to remove the tumor nodule and the wall of the cystic with surgical techniques.
