摘要
目的 :探讨囊性脑膜瘤的临床表现、影像学和病理学特点。方法 :回顾性分析 2 1例临床上少见的囊性脑膜瘤的影像学和病理学表现。结果 :2 1例患者肿瘤全切除 14例 ,次全切除 7例。结论 :CT、MRI对诊断囊性脑膜瘤很有价值 ,依据囊性脑膜瘤的病理特征 ,将其分为真性囊性脑膜瘤和假囊性脑膜瘤。肿瘤因囊肿形成 ,病情发展迅速 ,常引起严重的临床症状 ,极易误诊为其他性质的病变。本文对其临床病理诊治经验进行了探讨。
Objective:To discuss the clinical,imaging and pathological features of cystic meningiomas.Methods:21 cases of cystic meningiomas,which were rarely seen clinically,were analyzed.Results:Total surgical resection in 14 cases,subtotal resection in 7 cases were done.Conclusion:CT?MRI is beneficial to the diagnosis.According to the pathological characteristics,the disease could be divided into two types:(1)true cystic meningioma,(2)false cystic meningioma were easily confused with other disorders because of its cystic formation,rapid growth and severe clinical symptoms.Therefore,some diagnostic and therapeutic experience were discussed.
