摘要
研究了 8 -羟基喹哪啶与铁的显色反应 ,在pH为 8 0的氯化氨—氨水缓冲介质中 ,乳化剂 -OP存在下 ,8-羟基喹哪啶与铁反应生成 3∶1稳定的蓝紫色络合物 ,该络合物可被WatersPlus-C18固相萃取小柱萃取富集 ,小柱上富集的络合物用乙醇为洗脱剂洗脱后用光度法测定 ,在乙醇介质中 ,络合物最大吸收波长λmax =5 95nm ,ε =7 85× 10 3 L·mol-1·cm-1.铁含量在 0 1~ 5 0 μg/mL内符合比尔定律 ,方法用于烟草样品中痕量铁的测定 。
The color reaction of iron(Ⅲ) with 8-hydroxyquinadine was studied.In the presence of pH 8.0 NH 4Cl-NH 3·H 2O buffer solution and emulsifler-OP medium.8-hydroxyquinadine can reacts with iron(Ⅲ) to form a stable 3∶1 complex.This complex can be extracted by Waters Plus-C 18 cartridge.After the enrichment finished, the retained chelate can be eluted by ethanol.In ethanol medium, the molar absorptivity of the chelate is 7.85×10 3 L·mol -1·cm -1 at 595nm. Beer's law is obeyed in range of 0~5.0μg/mL.This method can be applied to the determination of iron in tobacco with satisfactory results.
