摘要
以野生型果蝇、白眼果蝇为实验动物 ,研究不同浓度芜菁块根汁 (以下简称块根汁 )在不同温度、不同空间下对其发生量的影响。实验共分 3个处理浓度、2个培养温度 (设空白对照组 ) ,重复 3次。结果表明 ,在培养管内 ,3个浓度块根汁均使 2个品系的果蝇在 2 0℃和 2 5℃温度下的发生量增加。在广口瓶内 :2 0℃温度下 3个浓度块根汁均使野生型果蝇的发生量下降 ,而白眼果蝇发生量的影响则为低浓度块根汁使其下降而中、高两浓度却使其增加 ;2 5℃温度下低、中两浓度块根汁使野生型果蝇发生量增加而高浓度却使其下降 ,而白眼果蝇发生量的影响则为低浓度块根汁使其增加而中、高两浓度却使其下降。说明不同浓度的芜菁块根汁对不同品系果蝇在不同温度。
The effect of different concentration Brassica rapa root juice on the reproduction quantity of different strain fruit files was studied in different temperature and space.The test had 3 treatment concentrations,2 culture temperature and was repeated for 3(setting up control group).The result was that 3 concentrations of root juice made the reproduction quantity of different strain fruit flies increase under 20 ℃25 ℃ in cultivate tube.In jar,under 20 ℃ 3 concentrations of root juice made reproduction quantity of wild type Drosophila melanogater decrease,low concentration of root juice made reproduction quantity of white eye type Drosophila melanogater decrease and that middle and high concentrations of root juice made it increase.In jar,under 25 ℃ low and middle concentrations of root juice made reproduction quantity of wild type increase,and that high concentration of root juice made it decrease,low concentration of root juice made reproduction quantity of white eye type increase,and that middle and high concentrations of root juice made it decrease.It showed that the different concentrations of root juice had different effects on the reproduction quantity of different strain fruit flies in different temperature and space.
