摘要
在抗生素JI - 2 0A分批发酵过程中 ,对数生长期最大 μx 可达 0 .0 5 8h- 1 ,最大Qst 约 3.91mg (mL·h) ,最大Es 为 2 2 .6 9U ;产物合成期Qp 最大可达 5 9.19μg (mL·h) ,μx ≤ 0 .0 2 2h- 1 ,Qst 约 0 .8~ 1.6mg (mL·h) .分别建立了菌体生长阶段和产物合成阶段的动力学模型 ,进行了模型参数的估计和回归 ,模型拟合偏差平方和≤ 5 %.
The maximal specific growth rate μ x was 0.058?h -1, the maximal activity of amylase E s was 22.69?U and the maximal substrate consume rate Q st reached 3.91?mg/(mL·h) in exponential phase. However, the maximal specific JI-20A production rate Q p can reach 59.19?mg/(mL·h), μ x≤0.022?h -1 and Q st about 0.8~1.6?mg/(mL·h) in antibiotic JI-20A production phase respectively. A group of kinetic model for cell growth and antibiotic JI-20A production in a batch fermentation process was established and the model parameters were estimated and regressed by MathCAD. The model simulation average deviation was less than 5.0%.
