摘要
耗氧速度是评价煤自燃性的重要指标。一般认为相同温度下煤的耗氧速度和氧浓度成正比 ,但据此计算的耗氧速度与实际偏差可能很大。在不同温度和氧浓度水平下对煤进行等温氧化实验 ,推导出据等温实验测算煤氧化反应的级数和反应速度常数的公式 ,从而能确定相同温度下氧浓度与耗氧速度间的函数关系 ,该关系式能更准确地反映煤氧复合过程的耗氧规律。等温实验研究表明 ,煤氧化反应的平均级数通常不为 1 。
Oxygen consumption rate is a very important index to evaluate nature of spontaneous combustion of coal. It is commonly believed that reaction rate of coal oxidation is proportional to oxygen concentration. Yet oxygen consumption rate calculated with this theory may have a big error. A series of constant temperature experiments are carried out at different temperature and different oxygen concentration. Formula to calculate reaction order and rate constant of reaction at given temperatures is reasoned according to the experiments. Therefore, function between oxygen consumption rate and oxygen concentration is set up, which reflects regulation of oxygen consumption of coal more exactly. The constant temperature experiments show that the order of coal oxidation is not equal to 1, and both rate constant and reaction order related to temperature.
