莱姆病人工宿主动物模型的建立 被引量:8

摘要 为了建立莱姆病人工宿主模型进行实验传播研究 ,用从我国全沟硬蜱分离的莱姆病螺旋体BorreliagariniiCHNM4人工感染 4种实验动物。结果表明 ,以 0 1× 10 6条 mL的剂量皮下注射 3日龄昆明小鼠是比较理想的方案。由此建立的动物模型既能用作全沟硬蜱的血源动物 ,又能在 15天内保持所感染螺旋体对全沟硬蜱的感染力 ,可作为人工宿主动物模型。 In order to develop the laboratory host for experimental transmission of Lyme disease, KM mouse, BALB/c mouse, Syria hamster and Wistar rat were tried to be infected individually with Borrelia garinii (CHNM4) isolated from Ixodes persulcatus in China. Sensitivity to the pathogen of these animals had been compared, and Wistar rat was found less sensitive than other 3 species. The 3 day old KM mice was most sensitive when infected by hyodermic inoculation of 0 1ml/10 6/mL spirochetes. The infected KM mice can meet the larval ticks feeding requirement. The infective peak of B. garinii in KM mice appeared 18~33 days after replete. So the period is suitable for experimental transmission in ticks.
