摘要
本文论述了加入WTO以后,秘书人员及其工作所面临的机遇和挑战,并主要从三个方面论述了现代秘书人员进行知识更新的必要性和重要性,秘书人员的知识结构应更新,辅助领导决策的思路和方式应转变,行为应更规范等。
This paper examines that the secretaries will encounter opportunities as well as challenges when entering WTO, then elaborates the importance and certainty of acknowledge-renewing for secretaries from three aspects, that is intelligent structure, the ways of thinking and behavior standardization, etc.
