摘要
在信息时代,个人知识管理已经成为知识经济发展的必需,被越来越多的行业工作者所重视.秘书人员作为机关企事业单位的信息枢纽,重视个人的知识管理显得尤为重要.本文简要介绍个人知识管理的基本概念,着重探讨了秘书人员进行个人知识管理,实现个人知识管理系统的构架的途径.
In the information era, personal knowledge management has become necessary to the development of the knowledge economy, and is highly regarded by more and more people of different walks of life. As a hinge of institutions and enterprises, a secretary should attach importance to personal knowledge management. This paper briefly introduces the basic concept of personal knowledge management, and discusses the way of realizing it.
