摘要
钢铁工业是中国国民经济重要基础产业 ,中国钢铁企业 1996年产量首次突破亿t成为世界第一产钢大国 ,在世界上已占据了重要的地位。同时钢铁工业信息化建设引起了国家和企业的高度重视。提出了适合中小型钢铁企业发展的一种方案 ,基于ERP和PCS ,以及其集成的管控一体化 ,并分别阐述了其功能特点 ,实现了企业管理方式的扁平化 ,使中小型钢铁企业更能适应多变的市场。
The steel industry is very important to the economy of our country. China has a hundred million tons of steel production in 1996 which becomes the first and plays an important role in the world. The leaders of our country and steel enterprises pay close attention to the informationalyzation of the steel industry. One project is brought forward for the middle and small steel enterprises, which is based on ERP, PCS and the integration of management and control, also the function and characteristic is expounded. The project fit in with the flat management pattern of steel enterprise and in the mean time the steel enterprise adapt itself to the changing market more freely.
