摘要
通过分析国内外产销一体化现状的基础上,对供应链中的产销一体化类型进行系统的归类。同时,基于食品安全和经济学的视角下,对猪肉供应链中产销一体化的动因进行系统分析,以此来证明它是化解食品安全的一种有效途径。
Based on the analysis of its status quo in the world,its types are divided systematically in the supply chain management.Meanwhile,from the perspective of food safety and economics,it analyzes the motivation of the integration.It proves that integration of manufacturing and marketing is an effective way to resolve food safety.
