摘要
用21只家兔随机分为中药组,病态组与正常组。前两组每兔惑染日本血吸虫尾蚴120±1条经70天形成肝纤维化后左吡喹酮杀虫。中药组灌服益气活血复方口服液,治疗3个月后观察各组肝细胞、贮脂细胞、成纤维细胞及Disse腔超微结构变化。结果发现该药对改善肝组织细胞超微结构病理、抑制贮脂细胞向成纤维细胞转化及胶原合成具有较好效果。提示益气活血复方有抗肝纤维化作用。
Twenty-one rabbits were divided at random into 3 groups. Every rabbit in grouP Ⅰ and group Ⅱ were infected with 120±1 cercarias of schistosoma JaPonica, after 70 days, the liver fibrosis was formed which was affirmed Pathologically. After these animals had been sured by Praziquantelum (l00mg/kg), each rabbit in grouP 1 was treated with the oral liquid of Yi Qi Huo xue Fu Fand for three months. Then the ultrastractures of hepatocytics fat storing cells. fibroblasts and Disse's cavities were observed and compared with those of the other grouPs. The results indicate that Yi Qi Huo Xue Fu Fang can considerably improve the liver ultrastracture Pathology, inhibit the conversion of fat storing cells into fibroblasts and the formation of collagenous fibres.
