摘要
目的:观察益气活血复方防治PTCA术后的临床疗效及术后再狭窄情况。方法:40例经皮冠状动脉腔内成形术(PTCA)成功的冠心病患者,随机分为西药常规治疗组(对照组)20例和西药常规加益气活血复方中药组(治疗组)20例。疗程3个月,随访半年,对患者服药后的临床症状、心电图、心绞痛发生率、血液流变学指标及术后再狭窄发生率进行观察。结果:治疗组和对照组比较,在改善临床症状,改善心肌缺血程度及血液流变学指标、减少心绞痛发生、减少再狭窄率方面有显著差异(P<0.05、P<0.01)。结论:益气活血复方能提高治疗PTCA术后临床疗效、防治PTCA术后再狭窄、使用安全、可靠。
Objective： To observe clinically the curative effect of Yiqihuoxue compound recipe in preventing and curing PTCA and the state of restenosis after PTCA, Methods ：40 coronary artery disease（CHD） patients after PTCA were randomly divided into two groups ,20 patients in Control group were treated by regular treatment of western medicine. The other patients in Treatment group were treated by regular treatment with Yiqi huoxue compound recipe, 3 months as one course. And to continue observing the patients after treating for 6 months, To observe the changement of overall curative effect and ECG and incidence rate of angina pectoris and restenosis after PTCA and hemorheology indicatrix. Results ： There were statistic significant differences in Treatment group and Control group（ P 〈0.05, P 〈0, 01 ）. Conclusion ： Yiqi huoxue compound recipe was a satisfactory treatment for patients after PTCA and prevented restenosis after PTCA, Its applieation is safety,
