17种动物在位心室肌细胞跨膜动作电位的比较研究

摘要 作者应用悬浮微电极,以传统们微机两法,测定了鳝、鲢鱼、蛙、蟾蜍、龟、鳖、鸽、小鼠、大鼠、豚鼠、兔、羊、牛、猫、猪、犬、猴及衍生大鼠、培养乳鼠等17种动物的19种动心肌细胞动作电位。报道了这些动物心室肌细胞动作电位的正常值,并对动作电位的形态及参数作了比较。 The authors employed a modified type of floating microelectrode to measure the action potentials of left ventricular muscle cells in situ of 17 species of animals. The experimental results are: body weight 100~15000(g), HR 16~350(b/Min), APA43±10~115±4(my), RP-30±7~82±7(mv),OS12±5~34±9(my), APD_(90)110±6~1432±48 (ms), Vmax10±3~503±59(v/s) ERP 121±4 (ms) (Oryctolagus cuniculus), 239±35(ms) (Capra nircus)The waveforms of action potentials of seventeen species of animals are typical. They have nothing to do with the level of evolution. The maximum rate of rise of the action potential (Vmax) of rat is related to the development level, i.e. adult rat>young rat>cultured heart cell from newborn rat ventricle.
