鸟纲基底乳头支持细胞的超微结构

摘要 为了解鸟纲内耳基底乳头支持细胞的功能,应用透射电镜对鸡内耳进行了观察。发现支持细胞呈烧瓶状,核于底部,细胞表面布满簇状微绒毛;微绒毛与盖膜通过纤维细丝呈锚状连接,这种连接可能具有限制盖膜运动的作用。支持细胞的颈部含有大量的高尔基体,底部核周边存在较多的粗面内质网。提示:支持细胞可能具有分泌功能;相邻的支持细胞底部相互连接,每个毛细胞均处于支持细胞的环抱之中,这有助于将毛细胞固定在原位并提高毛细胞对声刺激的感知能力。 In order to understand the function of supporting cells(SC) in avian basilar papilla,transmission electron microscope was used to observe the ultrastructure of SC in chick basilar papilla.The results showed that:SC presented flask shape,their broad basal parts contained nuclei,the surfaces of SC were covered by short stubby microvilli.Tectorial membrane (TM) was anchored to the microvilli by thin fibrils,this junction probably restricted the movement of TM.There were lot of Golgi apparatuses in apical cytoplasms of SC and some rough endoplasmic reticula around the nuclei of SC.These structures suggested that SC probably had secretory function,the basal parts of SC were connected each other.So each hair cell was embraced by SC.This structure could hold the hair cells in place and conferred sufficient rigidity for stimulation.
