传统浆料配方、配比的制定是根据理论依据和生产需要并参照相似品种进行的 ,随机性很强 ,且系统性差。计算机管理系统简化了浆料配方及配比的设计过程 ,拓宽了适用性 ,介绍了该系统的开发过程、运行情况和系统五大模块的具体内容 。
The working out of traditional size formula and composition ratio is according to the theoretical analysis, production demand and the references of similar products, which cause much random and poor systematization. The CMS will simplify the design for size formula and composition ratio, and expand its practicability. The development, operation and five modules of the CMS are introduced, and the system service idea is also put forward.
