摘要
非织造布计算机管理系统的开发是对非织造布技术进行计算机科学管理的初步尝试。采用VB语言搭建平台,结合使用ACCESS数据库处理内部信息,集非织造布原料、生产方法、粘合剂种类与性能等有关知识于各数据库中;在专家系统库建立产品、原料、生产方法、选择粘合剂种类的一一对应关系,并根据有关参数建立了用料量、粘合剂用量两个数学模型,通过编程运算对这两个用量值进行量化计算;通过计算对生产规模有了初步认识后,对非织造布生产过程进行了全面的成本核算与生产投资效益的经济分析,使用户可根据成本与销售的具体数值,迅速判断出保本销售价格,并实现了以往软件所没有实现的更新、修改、记录、查询数据库中资料的功能,也实现了及时打印的功能。
Development of the computer management system for nonwovens is the preliminary study on the computer management for technology of nonwovens. It uses VB to build its plateform, and use ACCESS database to deal with internal information. In each database concentrating the knowledge of raw material, manufacture methods, sort and performance of the binder etc; In the expert system database establishing the one by one corresponding relationship of products, raw material, manufacture methods, the chosen binder sort etc, and on the basis of the relevant parameter establishing two mathematic models of the usage amount of stuff and binder, by means of the programming operational pairs to calculate the two value; After have some preliminary knowledge to the manufacture scale by means of calculation, then make an overall cost accounting and beneficial result, and can make the user to rapidly judge the defend sale price according to the exact value, and have accomplished those action of replacing, modifying, recording, inquiring about the date of database that had not been achieved in other forward software, in the mean time have accomplished the on time printing action.
