Al^(3+),Si^(4+)对施主、受主掺杂高居里点BaTiO_3基PTCR材料性能的影响 被引量:4

摘要 固相法合成 (Ba0 .6 Pb0 .4 )TiO3,固定外加TiO2 量 ,研究了Al3+、Si4 +对施主Nb5+掺杂居里点Tc >3 2 0℃的 (Ba,Pb)TiO3材料室温电阻率的影响以及对施主Nb5+、受主Mn2 +共掺时材料PTC效应等性能的影响。结果表明 ,添加物不影响材料基体的晶体结构 ,Al3+、Si4 +可促进材料的烧结 ,适量的Al3+、Si4 (Ba\-\{0.6\}Pb\-\{0.4\})TiO\-3 was synthesized by method of solid state reaction,the amount of the additive TiO\-2 was kept invariable, the effect of Al\+\{3+\}\,Si\+\{4+\} on room temperature resistivity of donor Nb\+\{5+\} doped (Ba,Pb)TiO\-3 (Tc>320℃) and on PTC effect of donor Nb\+\{5+\} and acceptor Mn\+\{2+\} co doped(Ba,Pb)TiO\-3 material was studied.Results indicate that aditives have no effect on crystal structure of base material,Al\+\{3+\}\,Si\+\{4+\} can favor sintering,appropriate amount of Al\+\{3+\}\,Si\+\{4+\} can improve the properties of donor and acceptor doped high curie point BaTiO\-3 based PTCR ceramic material.
