摘要
研究了氧化钡-氧化硼-氧化硅(BaO-B2O3-SiO2)玻璃助剂对Y掺杂BaTiO3陶瓷微观结构和PTCR特性的影响。微观结构分析表明,玻璃助剂中SiO2的含量能改变晶界相组成,影响样品的烧结特性和室温电阻率。实验结果表明,当含有5%SiO2(摩尔分数)的BaO-B2O3-SiO2玻璃助剂的添加量为3%(质量分数)时,在1050℃保温3h烧结的样品的室温电阻率为210Ω.cm,升阻比为3.5个数量级。
Effects of BaO-B2O3-SiO2 glass additive on microstructures and PTCR characteristics of Y-doped Ba- TiO3 ceramics are investigated. The Y-doped BaTiO3 ceramics with glass additive are characterized by methods of XRD, SEM. The SiO2 content in BaO-B2O3-SiO2 glass additive influences the microstructures, sintering properties and room-temperature resistivity of sample. The experimental results indicate that the samples with BaO-B2O3-SiO2 glass adding 5mol% SiO2 can be sintered at low temperature of 1050℃, and when adding 3wt% glass additive, the room-temperature resistivity of sample is 210Ω· cm and the resistivity jump is 10^3 -10^4.
