摘要
目的探讨疾病的死亡原因,采取预防措施,降低病死率,提高生命价值。方法根据ICD—9疾病分类,对425例死亡疾病的死因进行统计学分析。结果根据分析显示∶425例死亡病例死因顺位依次为恶性肿瘤,脑血管疾病,心脏病,肺部感染,肝硬化,意外损伤等。结论恶性肿瘤,心脑血管疾病死亡率明显升高。开展群众性的健康教育,达到对各种疾病的早预防,早诊断,早治疗。
Objective:Study the reason of the disease cause and adopt preventive measure to lower mortality rate and increase the life's time.Methods:according to the ICD 9 disease classification,425 case statistical analysis of death cause of disease.Results:425 case of death cause of disease show one by one in order is the malignant tumor;cerebrat vasal disease;heart disease;lung infectious diseases;cirrhosis;accident hurt ect.Conclusion:the rate of death about malignant tumor and heart cerebral vascular disease increased obviously,developed the crowd health education to prevent all disease early and examine patient early and cure early.
