摘要
目的利用较大样本住院资料分析我院干部病房住院患者病种和死亡疾病的构成,探讨干部病房近9年疾病的发病情况和导致死亡的主要病种。方法回顾性分析1999年1月～2007年l2月我院干部病房住院患者6471例临床资料,疾病的诊断依据《国际疾病分类第9次修订本》,按年度对各疾病病种分布、死亡病因、患病年龄进行分析。结果在近9年中住院患者的年龄和死亡年龄逐渐增加,呼吸道感染、冠心病、高血压和脑血管病是患者住院的主要疾病,而导致死亡的主要疾病分别是肿瘤、肺部感染、冠心病和脑血管疾病。结论有效地控制和预防呼吸道感染、肿瘤和心脑血管疾病是今后预防保健的重点。
Objective To analyze the disease profile of 6471 patients with various diseases from January 1999 to December 2007. Methods A retrospective review on the record of the cadre in-patients,analyzed the disease profile of 6471 cadre patients who have been in hospital, and these diseases were classified according to International Classification of Disease 9. Results The age of the patients who have been in hospital and the age of the patients who have been died were significantly increased during the period between January 1999 and December 2007. The common diseases of in-patients ranking in order were inflammation diseases of respiratory system, coronary artery diseases, hypertension and cerebral vascular diseases. The major death causes of the patients were the tumors, coronary artery diseases and cerebral vascular diseases. Conclusions It is important for the medical care work to put the stress on preventing and treatment inflammation diseases of respiratory system, tumor, cardio-cerebral vascular diseases.
