摘要
本研究为查清下肢拇伸肌、趾伸肌和拇屈肌、趾肌肌纤维型的分布。结果表明,拇长伸肌和趾长伸肌的Ⅰ型纤维分别占65.2%和63.9%,拇长屈肌和趾长屈肌的Ⅰ型纤维分别占55.6%和52.8%。拇和趾伸肌的Ⅰ型纤维比例显然高于屈肌,在统计学上差异显著。鉴于上述各肌的肌构筑特性和肌纤维型分布,作者推测,拇和趾伸肌在下肢运动中主要提供速度;拇和趾屈肌肌力大,有利于保持身体的稳定和维持足弓的形状,并在走和跑时作提跟和足外翻运动。第四趾趾短伸肌有大量同型聚集并伴有肌纤维萎缩。作者推测,趾短伸肌的同型聚集是肌退化,萎缩去神经再支配的结果。
The fiber type distribrtion in human mm. extensor and flexor of both hallucis and digitorum was studied. The type Ⅰ fiber was found to comprise 65.20% and 63.9% the total fibers counted in mm. extensor hallucis and digitorum respectively,and 55.6% and 52.8% in mm. flexor hallucis and digitorum. The proportion of type Ⅰ fiber in the extensor was significantly greater than of the flexor. According to their architecture and also to their fiber types composition, the authors suggested that the extensors was designed to serve more in welocity of shortening, which the flesor were designed producing relatively high tension in supporting the foot arch,maintaining the stabiling of the human body,and elevating the calcaneus and eversion the foot when walking and running. The extensor digitorum brevis was also investigated. A great number of fiber type guouping and fiber atrophy was found in the stripe which goes to the fourth digit, it was suggested that the type grouping and fiber atrophy found in their muscle was the result of muscle fibers degeneration and reinnervation.
