通过PCR程序优化 ,建立了快速进行甜瓜RAPD分析的技术体系。从 80个随机引物中选出 5个可进行 3个甜瓜杂交种纯度鉴定的引物 ,其中OPM17可同时用于 3个甜瓜杂交种的纯度鉴定。通过多个品种间的RAPD分析 ,建立了 3个杂交种的特有指纹图谱 ,可用于
RAPD system is established by PCR optimizing experiment. Five primers are picked out for genetic purity determination from eighty arbitrary primers,of which the primer OPM17 can be used for genetic purity determination in three hybrids. Special fingerprinting of the three hybrids is obtained by RAPD in many cultivars. It can identify genuineness of these three hybrids.
