摘要
文章综述了DNA分子标记在瓜类作物遗传图谱构建,瓜类种质资源研究与品种纯度的鉴定,瓜类作物基因分子标记研究及基因克隆方面的应用研究进展。
Advance of application of several DNA molecule makers in Cucumis was summarized in this paper. They had been used in various aspects including genetic map construction, germplasm research and purity control of cultivars, identification makers linked to important genes and map-based gene cloning.
