摘要
我们于1988年5月对人子宫体腺癌进行培养,建立了四个细胞系,分别命名为JEC—5、JEC—6、JEC—9和JEC—11。至今这些细胞系已在体外连续生长18个月,其中JEC—9传代136次,本文就此细胞系的研究作初步报导。细胞培养来自一名69岁经病理诊断为子宫体腺癌患者的腹水。无菌采集腹水后,立即离心,500r/min,5min分钟。
A new cell line (JEC—9) from human cndometrial adenocarcinoma has been established since May, 1989. The cells have been transfered for more than 136 passages and maintaned for about one and half year up to now. They mainly consist of epithelial—like type and grow as monolayer culture. Electron mieroseopically JEC—9 cells showed middle diffrentiated features The number of chromosomes varies from 52 to 68. JEC—9 cells cycle are 31 hours Agglutination can occur in test of the cells with CoA and PHA They keep in store well on ultra—low temperature freezer (-70℃ and-196℃) and successfully resuscitate. First report is on human endometrial adenocarcinoma cell line in China. The establishment of this cell line will be useful in the research of the causes and immunity of endometrial carcinoma as well as the studdy of biology of cancer and screening of anticancer drugs.
