摘要
用麻疹病毒京160株感染我们建立的人子宫内膜腺癌细胞系,当病毒滴度为2.75LogTCID50/ml时,第二天即有细胞融合现象发生,第三天见到明显的多核巨细胞形成,经HE染色,有典型的嗜酸性包涵体。以感染病毒的细胞制片,荧光抗体法测定8例8~24个月婴儿接种麻疹疫苗前后血清抗病毒IgG的变化,结果显示,IgG的几何平均滴度升高32.03倍,最低效价1:4,最高1:128。提示该癌细胞系可用作麻疹病毒分离培养及疫苗接种后的抗体水平监测。
Human endometrial adenocarcinoma cell line establisned in our laboratory was tested by measles virus strain Jin 160. When title of the virus is 2. 75 Log TCID50/ml these cells developed typical cytopathic effects: multinucleated giant cells containing intracellular acidophilous inclusion bodies. Direct detection of IgG against measles virus in sera from & infants of 8 -24 months before and after measles virus vaccination were carried out in the target cells infected with IF. It was found that GMT of IgG can be raised up to 32. o3 times.The lowest title was I : 4,The highest title was 1: 128. Experimental results demonstrated that this cell line could be recommended isolation of measles virus and use for detection IgG level after the virus vaccination.
