摘要
1998～ 2 0 0 0年对转基因胡卢巴新品系庆分杂 94 - 1的株高、分枝、叶宽、结角数及产量等田间性状进行了分析研究。结果显示 ,转基因胡卢巴新品系与 CK相比有植株略矮、分枝数增多、双角数增多、叶形变窄、产量提高等表型变化。统计学数据表明 ,这些表型变化与 CK差异显著 ,从而由田间性状上说明了 p SUR- ipt基因 (生长素诱导的小分子 RNA启动子与异戊烯基转移酶基因的融合基因 )
The field characters of transformed Trigonella foenum graecum L.new strain was analyzed in 1998～2000.The results shows that:the transformed plants were dwarf slightly,amount of branch and double-legume increased,the shape of leaf became narrow and the yield enhanced.Statistical figures show that:Contrast transformed plants to CK,these changes of presentational were remarkable,thereby we made sure that pSAUR-ipt gene was expressed in Trigonella foenum graecum L.on the basis of the field characters.$$$$
