摘要
从根癌农杆菌中克隆了异戊烯基转移酶基因,构建了植物表达载体p35S-ipt(pVCT2131).用此载体转化烟草,结果表明,ipt在CaMV35S启动子的控制下,可以大大提高烟草愈伤组织诱导率.
In this study,the isopentenyl transferase gene ipt was cloned from Agrobacterium tumefaciens and placed under the control of the promoter CaMV 35S in a constructed expression vector;and the expression vector was used to transform tobacco to test its effects on the induction rate of calli and adventitious shoots of the transgenic tobacco.The results showed that the ipt gene significantly increased the callus induction rate of tobacco.
