摘要
利用基于对象理论的斜置旋耕机械工作过程三维仿真系统 ,研究了牵引速度、刀滚转速、斜置角和相位角等参数对斜置旋耕过程的影响 ,对单刀、单列旋耕刀、位于同一螺旋线上旋耕刀和整个刀滚的切土过程进行了仿真。在此基础上 ,探讨了斜置旋耕的基本工作机理 。
Based on MDT 5.0 platform, this paper developed a three dimensional simulation software, which simulates working process of an oblique rotary tiller. Simulation parameters of this software include tractor velocity, rotary rate, oblique angle and phase angle. The cutting soil processes of a single rotary blade, rotary blades in same blade plate, rotary blades in same helical curve and whole rotary tiller were studied, and the basic working principle of rotary tiller was discussed in this paper. And then the basic working constraint relationship of rotary tiller was presented. Finally, the phase angle was taken as the influence factor of rotary tilling process, and some tests were carried out to testify the simulation study.
