摘要
斜置旋耕时 ,由于刀辊的斜置 ,土垡受到旋耕刀的侧向撕裂而形成一楔状土台 ,所以应将旋耕沟底不平度的研究扩展到三维空间。本文详细分析了斜置旋耕作业过程中沟底凸埂的成因 ,建立数学模型确定了斜置旋耕凸埂的立体形状。理论研究和实测结果均表明
The height of convexity of tillage bottom is a basic requirement for agricultural technique. A new tillage method——oblique rotary tillage was developed by the authors for the first time which can lower energy consumption and enhance cultivation quality and the convexity of tillage bottom was analyzed within three dimensional space. During the oblique rotary tillage, the convexity was formed because: two blades cut soil one by one forming convexity in the plane perpendicular to tiller rotor; oblique blades have a relatively motion along tiller rotor direction tearing the convexity. The conclusion is that the height of convexity of oblique rotary tillage is smaller than that of conventional rotary tillage, the length is larger and the width is smaller.
