摘要 总结了蒸汽系统节能与优化领域的工程实践 ,分析了蒸汽产生、输送和使用等环节的工艺特点与节能潜力。对蒸汽管网节能技术和产品的现状及其发展趋势进行了研究 ,对提高蒸汽管网效率的关键技术如管网优化设计、高效疏水、凝结水回收与精处理等进行了探讨。蒸汽管网节能技术已经在蒸汽 /凝结水系统节能改造中得到工业应用 ,取得了良好的实施效果。 An investigation of energy saving technology for steam system has been completed. All of the processes, including steam generating, transferring and utilizing in a steam system,were identified. The potential of energy saving in each section of the steam system was analyzed. Steam pipeline system is usually ignored in the energy saving practice, resulting a relatively low efficiency of overall steam system. A perfect steam system design should take all the elements into consideration, such as simulation/optimization, equipment with excellent performance, condensate return and polishing. Several steam system innovations were introduced to document the application of steam system optimization.
