摘要
目的 :测定不同地区制何首乌中 2 ,3,5 ,4′ 四羟基二苯乙烯 2 O β D 葡萄糖苷 (简称二苯乙烯苷 )含量 ,同时考察其稳定性。方法 :采用高效液相色谱法测定二苯乙烯苷含量。稳定性实验采用高温试验及60 Co γ射线辐射试验。结果 :制何首乌中二苯乙烯苷含量为 0 .12 7%～ 4 .15 0 %。温度及湿度影响二苯乙烯苷稳定性 ,干燥条件下60 Co γ射线辐射稳定。结论
Objective: To determinate the content and stability of 2,3,5,4′ stilbene glucoside in prepared Radix Polygoni Multiflori from differet areas.Methods:The content of 2,3,5,4′ stilbene glucoside was determined by HPLC, and the test of its stability was carried out on high temperature and 60 Co γ ray radiation. Results: The contents of 2,3,5,4′ stilbene glucoside in prepared Radix Polygoni Multiflori from different areas varied from 0.127% to 4.150%. 2,3,5,4′ stilbene glucoside was unstable under high temperature especially in solution, but it was stable under 60 Co γ ray radiation. Conclusion: The qualities of prepared Radix Polygoni Multiflori are different in different areas.
