摘要
谷氨酸发酵过程计算机在线模型化控制是以 T_(6-13)为发酵培养菌,在多次实验的基础上根据最佳数据及前人总结的经验,确定动力学模型,通过最优化参数估算及模型介算,对过程的生化反应进行在线预报和预测,从而使发酵过程按预定的工艺途径进行。计算机系统分二级。第一级采用 IBM-PC/AT 机及 FORTRAN 语言设计算法,进行模型计算和预报,第二级采用 APPLEⅡ计算机进行直接数字控制(DDC)。在美国 NBS—MF128S 发酵设备上开发了专用计算机接口及溶氧与搅拌,pH 与流加尿素的计算机控制回路。控制算法由6502汇编语言和 BASIC 语言组成五个控制模块。系统对谷氨酸发酵过程控制使稳定产酸平均在5%以上。
An on-line computer optimization control system has been presented to control the fermentation processes for producing glutamic acid with organism T6-13.A set of kinetic mathematical models has been established for predicting the states of processes.The computer system consists of two steps,The first step is to use IBM-PC/AT to set up an algorithm package with FORTRAN,in which there are cubic natural spline interpolation and diffe- rentiation,LEVENBERG-MARQUARDT non-linear fit method,regression analysis and RUNGE-KUTTA for solving ordinary differential equation proce- dure.The program estimates the parameters of the models prior to calculation and calculates the admissible values on optimal trajectory.The second step is to combine an APPLE-Ⅱ computer with an old-type MF128S 28Lfermentor produced by NBS Co ,USA as a direct digital control system with two main control loops,i.e.,pH-adding urea and D.O.-agitation developed.In order to perform on-line control of fermentation processes,the software has been designed as five functional modulars by means of 6052 assemble+BASTIGA, to execute real-time data aquisition and processing,control algorithm,data transmission,print output table,as well as system monitor and alarm. This system has been successfully verified in laboratory glutamic acid fermentation with a steady yield.
