摘要
单核苷酸多态性 (single nucleotide polymorphisms,SNPs)是一种新的分子标记 ,是指基因组由于单个核苷酸的变异所产生的差异。由于其多态性高 ,便于自动操作等特点 ,在基因组、后基因组时代具有广泛的应用前景。本文对 SNPs的概念、特点、分析方法及应用等方面做了简要的概述。
Single nucleotide polymorphism(SNP) is a novel molecular marker, which refer to genetic variation from single nucleotide mutation. SNP has a bright application future for its high polymorphic and practicable. The concept, characteristics, analyzing methods and application are introduced in this reviews.
