摘要
医务处建设是医院工作的重要课题。本文阐述了 :1从提高工作能力入手 ,不断增强医务处整体战斗力 ;2从转变工作作风入手 ,牢固确立为临床一线服务思想 ;3从改进工作方法入手 ,积极为党委当好参谋助手等。医务处建设的一些做法 。
Building of division of medical affairs is the main subject in hospital. The author expounded:① intensifying continuously whole effectiveness started with raising working ability; ② establishing firmly idea of serving clinical first line started with changing style of work;③ working as excellent assistant for the Party committee started with improving working method etc. Ways of building division got certain effects in practice.
