摘要
为探讨医院经营管理模式 ,本文阐述了美国通用电气公司的管理艺术和管理理念 ;即 :视变革为动力的发展观 ,视德才并重的人才观 ,视 6δ为生命的质量观 ,视速度为效益的决策观 ,视客户为上帝的价值观。在社会主义市场经济的形势下 ,医院务必在思想上、经营上和管理上主动适应市场经济体制的要求 ,增强医院的产业意识、市场意识和效益意识 。
To probe into the mode of the hospital management, it is expatiated in this article that the management art and conception of the America General Electric Company; that is: the developing view of looking the reform as driving force, the person with ability view of looking the emphasis both ability and integrity, the quality view of looking the 6δ as life, the decision making view of looking the speed as the efficiency, the value view of looking the client as the God.” In the socialist market economy, the hospitals should consciously adapt to the request of market economy in mind, in the management and in the administration, strengthen the industrial consciousness, the market as well as efficiency awareness, and make efforts to realize the continuous and spanned development.
