摘要
目的 了解病毒唑在体外抑制呼吸道合胞病毒 (RSV)和腺病毒 3型 (ADV3 )的作用强度 ,对临床应用该药的理论依据进行验证。方法 采用观察Hep -2和Hela细胞病理变化方法 ,判断该药抗病毒作用的强度。结果 病毒唑在Hep -2和Hela细胞上完全抑制RSV和ADV3 的剂量为 7 8μg/ml。 结论 在体外 ,小剂量的病毒唑有很强的抗RSV和ADV3
