摘要
茂名热电厂 2 2 0t/h燃油锅炉改烧水煤浆 ,第 1次采用侧二次风配风方式的油水煤浆两用燃烧器 ,试验证明该燃烧器能使水煤浆稳定着火和燃烧。改造试验各主要参数均达到或超过设计值 ,燃烧效率达到 99.76 % 。
Two-purpose burners for burning oil and coal-water slurry (CWS) using sideway secondary air for air distribution has firstly been adopted in our country for retrofitting a 220t/h oil-fired boiler at Maoming Thermal Power Plant to burn CWS, Test shows that the burners of said type can enable the CWS to be stably ignited and burnt. Combustion testing after retrofitting indicates that the main parameters are all coming up to or surpassing the designed values, allowing the combustion efficiency to reach 99.76%, clarifying the retrofit to be very successful. There are very good prospects in the market and potential superiority for using CWS as clean substitute fuel for oil.
