摘要
介绍了东莞水煤浆厂(5.0 Mt/a)的制浆工艺特点,也即采用变质程度低的煤种进行配煤制浆,采用高、中浓度湿式制浆和棒磨机制浆;指出采用新工艺和新设备可扩大制浆煤源,并使制浆能耗降低。
The characteristics of slurry process of Dongguan Coal Water Slurry Plant was introduced in the paper. The low rank coals were slected and blended in slurry preparation process, and the wet slurry process and rod mill slurry process with medium-high concentration were adopted. It＇s points out that the application of new process and new equipments could enlarge the coal sources and decrease the energy consumption.
