摘要
加速试验是长寿命产品可靠性试验中最有效的方法之一,但数据分析复杂。本文介绍利用计算机对加速试验数据进行处理和分析,确定在正常工作应力下的寿命分布参数、可靠性特征量的方法。
Accelerative test is one of the most effective methods in reliability test for long lifetime products but with complicated data analysis. The paper introduced a method of computerized analysis and processing on accelerative test data, by which the lifetime distribution parameter and reliability characteristic value are determined.
