摘要
当前,为了发展产品的可靠性技术,提高产品可靠性水平、采用计算机进行可靠性辅助设计和分析是很重要的手段。本文介绍利用计算机来确定产品的寿命分布、分布参数,并计算其可靠性特征量的方法。
At present, the computer-aided reliability design and analysis are very important methods for enhancing products reliability and developing reliability technology. In this paper. the determi nationof products life-time distribution and distributed parameters and the calculation of reliability eigenvalues bycomputer are presented.
