摘要
目的 :探讨高频电灼治疗慢性泪囊炎所致泪道阻塞的效果。方法 :临床治疗慢性泪囊炎 78例、88眼 ,随访 3～ 12个月。结果 :高频电灼法近期 (3个月 )治愈率为 72 .7% ,远期 (12个月 )治愈率为 6 1.3%。结论 :高频电灼法治疗慢性泪囊炎简便、可靠。
Objective:To investigate the effect of high frequency electric cautery on chronic dacryocystitis caused by nasolacrimal duct obstruction. Method:78 cases(88 eyes)of chronic dacryocystitis were treated with high frequency electric cautery.All were followed up for 3-12 months.Result:The short-term cure rate of high frequency electric cautery (within three months)was 72.7% while the long-term cure rate(within twelve months)was 61.3%. Conclusion:High frequency electric cautery is a simple and reliable method to treat chronic dacryocystitis.
