摘要
目的：探讨高频电灼治疗泪道阻塞的效果。方法：临床治疗单纯泪道阻塞29眼，慢性泪囊炎17眼，随访3-24个月。结果：高频电灼法治疗单纯泪道阻塞治愈率为83.3％，慢性泪囊炎治愈率为71．4％。结论：内高频电灼法治疗泪道阻塞简单、可靠、经济，值得在基层推广。
Objective：To investigate the effect of high frequency electric cautery on lacrimal duct obstrution.Methods：29 eyes of simple lacrimal duct obstruction and 17 eyes of chrionic dacryocystitis were treated with high frequency electric cautery. All were followed up for 3-24 months.Results：The cure rate of high frequency electric cautery on smple lacrimal duct obstruction was 83.3%,and the cure rate of high frequency electric cautery on chronic dacryocystitis was 71.4%. Conclusion：High frequency electric cautery is a simple and reliable method to treat lacrimal duct obstruction, and is well worth popularizing in base unit.
