Intellectual industry control system is adopted in the production of gas producer. Therefore, the process of gas production is optimized, the parameter is adjusted. I/A series connected with the enterprise network, to improve further the level of production and management of producer gas. After several years operation, the system accurate rate is up to 99?% , the error rate amounts to 0, the operation rate amounts to 100?%, the gas quality is improved apparently, the carbon content of cinder drops 6.15?%, the average operating period of the producer is prolonged for ten months.
